STI/SPFA is governed by a Board of Directors composed of Members representing its Sections: Shop Fabricated Tanks; Field Erected Water Storage Tanks; Pressure Vessels; Water Pipe; and Affiliates. Each Section meets at its own discretion at STI/SPFA’s Annual Meeting or in conjunction with another relevant organization’s conference.
The STI/SPFA Bylaws address the operation, manner and procedures by which the business of the association is conducted. The Bylaws are incorporated by reference in the STI/SPFA Membership Applications for members building STI/SPFA licensed technologies and referred to in agreements executed by member companies when they join STI/SPFA.
