Modern Welding Company, Inc., the Holding company for all of the subsidiaries, held its annual Directors meeting on March 10, 2021 in Owensboro, KY, and announced James M. Ruth as the newly elected President for the company.

“Jim” has worked for the Modern Welding organization for 39 years and has served most recently as Executive V.P./Treasurer since 2011. Other Officers are James E. Jones, Chairman, John E. Jones, V.P./Secretary-Treasurer and Sylvia C. Jones, Asst. Secretary.

Modern Welding Company provides custom UL Listed, API storage tanks and ASME Section VIII, Division 1 pressure vessels nationwide. Modern’s “Coast to Coast” service is provided through their network of 11 manufacturing subsidiaries.
